Your knowledge base is fully isolated per tenant — there is no cross-organization data sharing, ever. Documents are stored encrypted at rest and in transit, embeddings live in a per-tenant vector index, and we do not use your content to train any foundation model. You retain full ownership and can purge any document, conversation or course at any time.
Every answer is grounded in your documents using retrieval-augmented generation. When a learner asks the tutor or a course is generated, the system retrieves the most relevant chunks from your knowledge base and cites them inline. If the answer isn't in your docs, the tutor says so — instead of making something up.
Access is governed by three roles — Admin, Operator and Student — with granular permissions on top. You can scope knowledge bases, courses and assignments to specific teams, cohorts or individuals. Audit logs record every read and write so you can prove compliance to security or legal.
